Story Guide
Episode 1
Kayla steps into the spotlight as the top supermodel of the cat fashion show — then it's gone in a heartbeat. She wakes gasping: alive, but nineteen again, 250 pounds, insecure and miserable, back in her bullied college days.
Lucy, the school's reigning queen of cruelty, is already circling, ordering Kayla to break up with Lucas or else. Lucas is the hockey team's star forward — the boyfriend who never truly had her back. Kayla remembers how this life ended. This time she refuses to be anyone's helpless victim. Lucy has no idea the score is about to be settled.
Episode 2
Kayla finally pushes back, and the campus is stunned — the girl who was always a punching bag is standing up to Lucy. But Lucy plays dirty, threatening to get her expelled through her father's seat on the board of trustees. Lucas steps in to defend Kayla, and it stings how good it feels, even though she suspects his protection is just a jab at Lucy.
Then it all turns. Lucy twists the story, painting Kayla as the aggressor, and Lucas demands Kayla apologize. When she refuses, he sides with Lucy anyway. Kayla vows to lose the weight and make him regret it — and remembers the Cat Clan's secret fat-burning art.
Episode 3
Kayla gets her hands on the Cat Clan's secret fat-burning technique early this time — the same handwritten guide she only stumbled onto in her last life. With it, she can remake herself completely before summer ends. She starts immediately.
But James corners her, and when she fights him off, Lucy spins it into a scandal, revealing private photos of James found in Kayla's bag to everyone. Lucas watches it happen and believes the worst. Lucy gloats that Kayla will lose both Lucas and her reputation. Kayla doesn't crumble — she fires back at Lucy, calling out the scheming behind the setup. The war is officially on.
Episode 4
Lucas demands Kayla apologize to Lucy, and Lucy performs her favorite role: the generous victim who "doesn't want to come between" the couple. The crowd turns on Kayla, urging Lucas to dump her.
Kayla refuses to give him the satisfaction of ending it first. She tells him that once she transforms herself, she'll be the one to walk away — and then watch him regret it. Then she raises the stakes: she challenges Lucy for this year's modeling title. Lucy is the school's top supermodel; Kayla is the fat, ugly cat everyone laughs at. The bet is absurd on its face. But Kayla knows something they don't: in her last life, she made it all the way to the top.
Episode 5
The school howls with laughter at Kayla's challenge — the fat chick versus the top supermodel. Lucas only makes it worse, every word out of his mouth about Lucy. Kayla tells him plainly: she's his girlfriend, and he's just scared she'll embarrass him.
Lucy accepts, with a vicious condition: the loser cuts off her tail in front of everyone — the ultimate humiliation for Beast Folk. Kayla matches it without flinching: same punishment for Lucy. Every humiliation, paid back in kind.
The competition is one month away. Everyone says it's impossible. Kayla knows exactly how far she can go — and she intends to tear every prejudice to shreds.
Episode 6
Competition day. A top modeling agency scout has come to this ordinary college hunting for talent to compete nationally. Lucy takes the runway first — and the scout is unimpressed, calling her poses dated. The school's best model, and it's not enough.
Kayla is nowhere to be seen. Lucy declares her a coward and a forfeit, demanding the tail-cutting punishment be honored. Lucas, of all people, offers to apologize on Kayla's behalf. The scout starts to leave — then a transformed Kayla steps out: "I'm here." The scout stares. "I've never seen anything so perfect."
