Episode 1
A demon is loose on the road, and Julius just wants to finish his pizza run. Uncle Gabe, his trainer, has no patience for the delay—kill it and get moving. Julius protests that he's only a delivery guy, and the church's best hunters can't bring the thing down. Gabe insists he's trained Julius for years and that he's stronger than he believes. Julius charges in, and the hunters close ranks in a formation named for Michaela. The clash plants the question: what is this ordinary kid actually capable of?

Episode 2
The fight spills over as the hunters tighten their formation and push to send the demon back to Hell. The commander reports a breakthrough, and the pressure spikes as another demon arrives from below. It's chaos on the street, and Julius is right in the middle of it. The scene keeps the action hot and leaves you wondering how a pizza boy survives a battle that trained hunters barely handle. Whatever Julius just did, it clearly wasn't normal.

Episode 3
A single stunned question hangs in the air after the clash: what the hell was that? The aftermath is all confusion and disbelief, the kind of moment that tells you something impossible just happened and nobody can explain it yet. It's a short, sharp beat that turns the action into a mystery. Julius may not understand what happened, but the audience gets the hint—this delivery kid is not what he seems, and the people around him are about to start asking dangerous questions.
Episode 4
Orders go out to search every corner of the city and every parish for a young man—and for the blade that could end the war. Back home, Julius celebrates actually doing it, but Gabe only sees a cold pizza and tells him he's still green. Julius doubts he should even enter the demon hunter trials. Gabe pushes him not to spend his whole life delivering pizzas for his mother. Then Michaela refuses to let him try out: the judging cardinal is Nicholas, her own brother, who has spent his life ashamed of them, and she fears losing Julius too. She gives him his father's treasured bread knife for luck. A miracle stirs—the archangel's bloodline is awakening.
Episode 5
At the trials, Julius is asked his name and house. He has neither—just a mother and a pizza shop. The room erupts in mockery: who let the pizza boy in with a bread knife? Cardinal Nicholas calls him a lowborn bastard and peasant trash, and orders the guards to remove him. Julius refuses, insisting he has every right to become a demon hunter. Eva speaks up, saying they grew up together and he only wants to protect people. Nicholas silences her coldly. Then Commander Victor is announced.
