Elowen's fiances
Moon Goddess foretold half-elf druid Elowen's mate would save the land. Four Wynthland princes became her fiancés, but ten years brought only cruelty. Dark sorceress Liora, feigning frailty, bewitched them, stripping Elowen's gown, smashing her mother's relic, forcing her onto shards. Elowen realizes the princes are corrupted by dark magic. She vows to uncover the plot alone—when Kaelen Emberwing, heir of the oldest dragon clan, rides a crimson dragon through snow. Her true mate has come.
Story Guide
Episode 1
Ten years in Winsland, the human royal capital, and Elowen is still waiting. The Moon Goddess once promised the half-elf druid that her mate would be the hero who saves the continent of Torah — and the prophecy bound her to four princes: Seven of the Griffin knights, grand mage Atheron, demon hunter Ronan, and Raymond, high priest of the holy light. The king gives her two weeks until the engagement ceremony and demands she choose. But Elowen hesitates: perhaps her love is someone else. The princes scoff at the idea of a blacksmith hero — and the night ends with her praying to the Goddess to endure a fate bound to men who don't love her.
Episode 2
The princes aren't even pretending anymore. They drink and sneer, and when Elowen's name comes up, the answer is blunt: none of them wants to marry her. Liora is the one they praise — the woman they call the bride who was always meant for them, Winsland's perfect queen. Each prince swears his devotion to her in turn: one vows on his honor as a demon hunter to love only Liora for the rest of his life; another calls her the purest woman he has ever known; a third promises to ask the king for a marriage decree if Elowen chooses someone else. Elowen stands outside it all, watching her four fiancés hand their hearts to the sorceress.
Episode 3
The princes corner Elowen over her words to the king. Choosing a blacksmith as the prophesied hero? To them it's pure spite — a greedy woman who wants four princes fawning over her. Liora plays the gentle peacemaker, murmuring that Elowen is simply lonely and wants more attention, and the princes eat it up, calling Liora kind for tolerating such unreasonable behavior. Elowen doesn't flinch. She tells them she will announce her chosen fiancé at the engagement ceremony and asks if they can't wait half a month. Their answer is a threat dressed as duty: whichever of them she picks, they'll marry her and make her queen — but that is all. Ask for more, and the holy light will punish her.
Episode 4
The wedding preparations begin, and so does the humiliation. Winsland's finest tailors have spent three years on Elowen's gown, and the elves of Silver Moon Grove send her an elfin wedding dress to celebrate her marriage to a prince. Then Liora appears, asking sweetly for a gown suitable for the ball — and the one Elowen is wearing will suit her perfectly. Elowen refuses to hand over the elves' wedding gift. Atheron's response is cold and absolute: hide behind her elven name again, and he will use spatial magic to strip her bare and throw her into the streets so everyone can see what an elf really looks like.
Episode 5
Liora drops the act behind closed doors. This room belonged to her before Elowen ever came to the palace — she is Princess Lilia's daughter, the princes' cousin, and she intends to make Elowen suffer, ruin her name, and drive her out of Winsland in disgrace. Then Liora smashes the only thing Elowen's mother left her. Liora kneels on the broken glass herself, crying for sympathy, and the princes side with her. Elowen accuses Liora of breaking her mother's keepsake and staging the injury to win them over. Liora insists she is the victim. Elowen is told to apologize — and to endure.
Will Elowen keep enduring, or will the truth finally catch up with them? Watch to find out.
