Episode 1
Serena Hale's world collapses in the worst way possible. She walks into her own bedroom and finds her fiancé Jake in bed with Mia — and Mia is pregnant with his child. Jake doesn't even flinch. He mocks Serena, claiming her father only ever saved "gutter trash" like him.
When Serena calls off the engagement, Jake warns her not to make a scene at tomorrow's engagement party. But he has other plans. Serena later wakes up disoriented in an unfamiliar place, with no memory of how she got there — and a stranger orders her to keep her mouth shut if she wants to live.

Episode 2
Serena is trapped with a dangerous stranger who clearly isn't interested in explanations. He orders her to strip, indifferent to who she claims to be. She slaps him — and even takes his gun. No one has ever dared to do that, and he's intrigued rather than angry.
When he demands her name, she refuses to give it. He presses harder, threatening her, and she finally spits out a fake one: Jane Doe. He tells her to help him sweat out whatever drug is in his system, promising it will be worth her while.
Meanwhile, Jake is already spinning his version of events to the public — telling everyone that Serena, his supposed fiancée, was out sleeping around in a dive bar the night before their engagement party.

Episode 3
The fallout is brutal. Serena's family is shamed publicly, with accusations that she ruined the Hale family's century-old reputation. Jake declares the engagement officially over, playing the wounded party while Serena knows full well he set her up.
Then the news gets worse: her father was dragged away by the mob. Smuggled drugs were found on the Hale cargo ship, and the syndicate wants $5 million to release him. Serena refuses to believe her father would touch drugs — but her relatives sneer that with the market this bad, anyone would take easy money.
The only man who runs Renwick Bay now is Marcus Voss, and he shows no mercy. Serena resolves to beg him herself, no matter what it costs.

Episode 4
Marcus Voss orders every woman in the establishment lined up, searching for someone named Jane Doe. An earring surfaces, and a woman claims it's hers, bragging about the night before. Marcus sees through the lie instantly. He tells her he despises two things: dirty women and liars. Terrified, she admits she only wanted money. The real Jane Doe isn't there.
Meanwhile, Marcus learns the head of the Black Oak family is dead and the assassin who drugged him has been captured. Fifteen years ago, Black Oak slaughtered Marcus's entire family — and this is only the beginning of his revenge. He orders his men to tear Renwick Bay apart until Jane Doe is found.
Episode 5
Serena slips near Voss manor, desperate to speak with Marcus. When asked about her connection to him, she admits the truth: his men took her father, and she believes he's being framed for drug smuggling. The name Serena Hale changes everything — the guard recognizes her family.
But he offers no help, only cruelty. He suggests she "do herself up" and come back at night if she wants Marcus's attention. Disgusted, Serena refuses and walks away, deciding to crash Jake's engagement party instead and claw back her assets.
At the party, gossip swirls about Mia's lucky match and Jake's fallen fiancée. Then Marcus himself appears — and that fiery attitude confirms it. Jane Doe is right here.
Episode 6
Serena storms Jake and Mia's engagement party — not to make a scene, but to collect. She demands her $5 million back, calling the engagement off and wanting only what's fair. Jake refuses outright, twisting the story to accuse her of cheating.
Serena reveals she caught them together in her own bed, but Jake won't budge. When he mocks her and refuses to return a single dime, she pulls out a Browning — Marcus Voss's gun. The crowd panics. Jake insists she doesn't have the nerve to shoot.
Serena's hands shake, but she's past talking. If she doesn't get her money today, she warns, Jake and Mia can go straight to hell.
Episode 7
Serena pulls the trigger — and nothing happens. The gun jams. Relief floods Jake's face, then rage. He orders his men to grab her, refusing to let her walk away after trying to kill him on his turf.
As she's dragged toward the main entrance, Jake delivers his sentence: let the dogs tear her apart. Serena screams that the Hale family will destroy him, but Jake only laughs, reminding her that her father is locked up for drug smuggling and she's now lower than a dog.
He orders the dogs released, vowing to rip her apart and see how she seduces anyone after this. Serena's fight for survival is only getting started.
